Gift Certificates
We are happy to arrange the gift of tickets for anyone, just contact us and let us know what you would like.
Reservation Policy
Reservation requests, paid or unpaid, for all audience members will be held until 5 minutes prior to showtime. Unclaimed reservations are released for immediate resale at that time to any person on standby at the box office.
All shows are rush seating.
First come, first served.
When in doubt, come on out!
We often have reserved tickets that are unclaimed. It is very rare indeed that 100% of reserves arrive to claim their tickets. When in doubt, come on out to the venue and check with the box office. We run a standby list and more often than not we can accommodate you if you are at the box office at showtime.
About Flex Packs
With a Flex Pak you don’t have to identify immediately which shows you intend to see. You can if you want, by ticking the appropriate box on the order form at the start of the season, but you don’t have to. Otherwise you have the flexibility to reserve seats as you need them for any show in any quantity. Before Flex Packs people with subscriptions that were unable to make a particular performance had to give the ticket away or simple lose out on their purchase. Now with Flex you can miss a show and still use that ticket to bring a friend to another performance.
Flexible tickets are first come first served. Reserve in advance anytime but if you show up the door without a reservation, you may be disappointed. If that were to happen, don’t worry, your Flex tickets are still good for any remaining show in the season. But don’t save them forever, Flex tickets do not carry over from season to season.
To use a Flex Ticket
Once you have your Flex Pack you can reserve your seat by calling 452.0229 Ext. 224 (up to 12hrs before a show) and leaving a message on the show information line or by emailing (up to 24hrs before a show):

If emailing, please ensure you get a confirmation reply. We get a lot of spam and on occasion legitimate email gets delayed.
If phoning, please speak clearly and state you are reserving a flex ticket and then leave your name, phone number and number of seats you require.
Flex tickets are first come first served. Reserve early to avoid disappointment. You may of course 'take your chances' by coming to any performance without a reservation. If you do decide to take your chances please check in at the box office before lining up to avoid disappointment or embarrassment at the theatre doors.
